សៀវភៅ « The Taste of Angkor » ជាកេរ្តិ៍តំណែលសិល្បៈនៃការធ្វើម្ហូបខ្មែរ ដែលត្រូវបាន សម្រិតសម្រាំងនិងចងក្រងដោយក្រសួងការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា នឹងមានកិត្តិយសចូលរួមក្នុង ពិធីតាំងពិព័រណ៍សៀវភៅមុខម្ហូប លំដាប់ពិភពលោក នៅគេហដ្ឋានរបស់លោក អាល់ហ្វ្រេត ណូបែល (Alfred Nobel) នៅទីក្រុង Björkborn ប្រទេសស៊ុយអែត ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមិថុនា ដល់ទី ២១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២១។ ឆ្នាំនេះ គឺជាខួបលើកទី ២៥ឆ្នាំ នៃពានរង្វាន់ហ្គ័រម៉ង់ (Gourmand) ។

ឯកឧត្ដមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្ដិការអន្ដរជាតិ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា “… សៀវភៅមុខម្ហូបនេះ បានប្រែក្លាយប្រពៃណីខ្មែរដែលមានអាយុកាល រាប់ពាន់ឆ្នាំ ទៅជារូបមន្តធ្វើម្ហូបជាក់ស្តែង សម្រាប់មុខម្ហូបដែលប្រជាជនខ្មែរចូលចិត្តបំផុត។ សៀវភៅនេះ ក៏បង្ហាញពីភាពសម្បូរបែបនៃកេរ្តិ៍តំណែលមុខម្ហូបខ្មែរ ដែលគួរតែចែករំលែក ជាមួយមិត្តភក្តិទាំងអស់ នៅទូទាំងពិភពលោកផងដែរ ... ”។

នៅក្នុងរូបថតនេះ លោក Pelle Aorelius កំពុងកាន់សៀវភៅ « The Taste of Angkor » ឈរនៅក្បែររូបសំណាករបស់លោក អាល់ហ្វ្រេត ណូបែល (Alfred Nobel) នៅទីក្រុង Björkborn ប្រទេសស៊ុយអែត។ លោក Pelle Aorelius ជាអ្នកទទួលបន្ទុករៀបចំពិព័រណ៍សៀវភៅមុខម្ហូប ដែលល្អបំផុតចំនួន ៥០០ ក្បាល មកពីប្រទេសចំនួន ៥០ នៅលើពិភពលោក ។

Le « The Taste of Angkor », héritage des recettes de cuisine khmères, finement sélectionné et publié par le Ministère des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération Internationale du Cambodge, a été choisi pour représenter l’art culinaire Khmer lors de l'exposition organisée au domicile de Monsieur Alfred Nobel dans la ville de  Björkborn en Suède, du 17 juin au 21 octobre 2021. Cette année marquera donc les 25 ans de ce Prix des Gourmands.

Son Excellence Monsieur le Vice-Premier Ministre PRAK Sokhonn, Ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale, a déclaré: «… ce livre de cuisine transforme la tradition millénaire Khmère en recettes pratiques pour démystifier nos plats préférés. Il révèle également la richesse du patrimoine culinaire cambodgien qui se doit d'être partagé avec tous les amis de par le monde… ».

Nous voyons sur cette photo, Monsieur Pelle Aorelius exhibant dans ses mains le livre « The Taste of Angkor », posant près de la Statue d’Alfred Nobel à Bjorkborn, en Suède. Monsieur Pelle Aorelius est le Commissaire de l’Exposition réunissant 500 livres de gastronomie provenant de 50 pays différents dans le monde.

« The Taste of Angkor », heritage of Khmer’s culinary art finely selected and published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, will be honored at the world class exhibition at Alfred Nobel House Björkborn in Sweden, from 17 June - 21 October, 2021. This year marks the crowning achievement of 25 years of Gourmand Awards.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, said “ … this cookbook turns the thousand-year-old Khmer tradition into practical recipes to demystify our most favorite dishes. It also reveals the wealth of Cambodian culinary heritage that is worth sharing with friends all over the world…”.
